Weddings are such a memorable moment in our lives. Little Miss Cupcake would love the privilege of helping you celebrate this unforgettable day.

Keeping the process as simple and stress free as possible, Little Miss Cupcake can create the perfect design to your specifications and also keep your guests happy with delicious tasting cakes.

It is recommended to provide as much notice as possible to ensure your date is locked in and to allow ample time to create your dream design.

Below is some information to help guide you with respect to options, pricing and other things to consider.

Top Tier Cakes:

Top tier cakes start at $70, with final cost depending on size, design, flavour and icing. You are welcome to choose from any of the designs on my website or provide me with some inspiration. Top tier cakes are generally 6’’ in diameter unless otherwise arranged.

If you would like a cake topper, sugar flowers or figurines on top of your top tier cake you are welcome to provide your own or I am happy to organise this for you.  Fresh flowers can be arranged through your florist or I can arrange this also.


Cupcakes in standard flavours start at $2.00 for mini size and $3.50 for standard size. Final costing will depend on design, icing and additional requirements.

Stand Hire:

Cupcake stand hire ranges from $20 to $30 and is for 3 days only. All stands require that a safety bond is put down which is then returned when the stand is brought back in original condition and within the specified timeframe.  The bond is generally between $50-$100.

Upon hiring a cake stand please arrange a return time for the stand after your wedding. It may be best to allocate this job to a family member and if doing so the contact details of this person will need to be provided. Please see the Display section of the website for more detailed information about each of the stands and to view the terms of hire.

The starting price of cupcakes in a cupcake buffet are $2.00 each in mini size or $3.50 each in standard size. You may have one or two different flavours for each dozen cupcakes ordered.  Check the Flavours section for your options.

Cards displaying the title of each flavour are available at $1.50 each. These can be designed in any colour of your choosing.

Coloured patty cases and wraps to match your theme are also available if required.

The starting price for cupcakes as favours are $2.00 each for mini size and $3.50 each for standard size. Individual display boxes for the standard size are $1.50 each and ribbon can be added at a cost of 20c per box. Tags can also be arranged if required.

There are many factors that influence the price of your cake – quantity and size of servings, difficulty of design, flavours and icing. When emailing for a quote please include as much of this information as you can. For more information on starting prices for cakes please check the Pricing section.

All cakes are displayed on top of a cake board. Board options include silver, gold, white and black. Fondant covered boards are also available upon request and in any colour required.

Using a cake stand can be a beautiful way to compliment and accentuate your cakes design. Several cake stands are available to hire. Please check the Display section for options and more information.

If you like the style of a larger than life cake display but don’t need that much cake, foam tiers are a great option.

Planning on keeping your top tier? Please let me know when requesting a quote so that this can be taken into account.

Delivery of your order is available for an additional fee of between $20-$50, dependant on the location of your event. A set up service is also available for an additional fee of around $25-$40 for cupcake towers and cupcake buffets.

Consultations can be arranged upon request. This can be a good opportunity to meet and discuss the options for your design. Sample boxes can be provided during the consultation, or as a take home pack to trial flavours. The cost for sampling is $5 per flavour.


After obtaining a quote from Little Miss Cupcake there is a period of 5 days in which the quote remains valid. After which time a deposit must be paid to ensure your booking, otherwise the quote may change or the booking may become unavailable.

Deposits range from $50 to $100 depending on the total cost of your order. All deposits are non-refundable.

Full payment for wedding orders is due one month prior to the date of your event. Any cancellations after this point will render your payment forfeited and non-refundable.

Any changes to the order must be made no later than two weeks prior to the event date. After this time changes cannot be guaranteed.

At this stage payment can be made by online transfer only.
